Many times we have camped at Glamis with a fellow who brings his 4x4 post complete with hose bib and junction box and painted with "BLM site 5". He actually runs an electric cord and hose underground to the post so that he can prove to folks that it works.

The Wal*Mart set up would be a hoot!
