I just picked up my trailer from Giant RV and it is indeed true- all warranty work for WW trailers must be done at the manufacture.

I guess I got all my done just in time-

I was driving down the road today near Rexburg ID. A real nice triple axle WW fifth wheel was in front of me. He had a GiantRV placard in the license plate frame. The unit looked, and probably was, brand new. I was thinking...I wonder if he even knows what is going on...probably not. Later, I called WW and received the same information as has been posted. I have my Ragen in at the Dealer for some warranty work. I called them and they had just heard of the situation and didn't know how to respond. I think I am picking up my unit Saturday without the work being completed. They are waiting for a replacement bumper and a new bathroom door. I can probably fix both. Things that make you go "hmmmmmmmm."

I drove out to the Weekend Warrior factory and no warranty work is going to be done at the factory or dealers for 90 days to try to save the company. They hope to downsize and be up and running in 90 days.

I find it interesting if no warranty work will be done for 90 days, they will/might start then. It is not that the warranty work will go away. Most of it will still be there when they come back. My guess is they are in liquidation mode. JMO. I hope not though.

As of yesterday all WW employees were let go. Only a few people remain. They are not paying dealers for warranty work past or future. It remains to be seen what will happen at WW.

just a thought. Since they are not doing warranty work, couldn't you buy an extended warranty and get things fixed through that? I've read on other forums where the extended warranty has paid for itself. I know its a pain in the @ss and costs a little more, but it might be a way to get work done.

The extended warranty companies usually wont do anything for you until the factory warranty runs out.... Catch 22!!!
