Anyone have a link to the latest info on Parcs Canada employees and their lack of contract, not getting paid what the private sector does, threatening to strike, whatever? Thanks...

It was great the last time they went on strike. We spent a week in Banff NP for free, along with thousands of others, plus traveled the Parkway for free.

We contacted a Parks Canada Employee and this is the reply that we received:
........
"Negotiations, I believe, are still proceeding. To my knowledge, still no
current collective agreement in place. As to strike action, I have no
idea."
I avoid National Parks around here because I got fed up with employees talking to me like I'm an idiot. If they go on strike I'll head into Kluane again.
