Hi everyone. Great forum and this is my first post.

I am looking for a 3-season tent that has excellent ventilation/screening and is at least 72" tall in the center. It would only be for 2 people but I would like some room in this tent.

Desireable Features:

a) Plenty of screening to view nature when inside the tent
b) Walk-in vestibule would be nice to store things
c) Adequate raincover (although I do have a huge wing that I use)
d) Aluminum vs. fiberglass poles (not a deal breaker though)

Here's what I have been looking at but I can't always tell from the pictures whether there is adequate screening to provide airflow. Any suggestions?

1) The Kelty Green River 6 - looks awesome except it appears to have very little screening and all of it is high on the tent..that true?

2) Big Agnes Big House 6 - awesome amount of screening but it seems to have an inadequate rainfly (I live in the Adirondacks where it always rains)

3) REI Hobitat 6 - incredible ventilation, pitiful rainfly and no vestibule

4)TNF Trailhead 6 - nice vestibule and rainfly, ventilation adequate

5) Sierra Design Bedouin 4 + Annex - everything I want but only 65" tall

6) Kelty Mantra 5 or 7 - seems to have all of it

Thanks folks.

The REI Hobitat 4 does have a vestibule but you'll have to purchase it separately.

Vestibule for the Hobitat 4

They are both on sale right now.

There is also a vestibule available for the Hobitat 6 (sold separately)
