My sister, who has dobies, has stayed at East Shore RV Park in San Dimas CA, and really enjoyed it. She says it's quite pretty, quiet, nice.

She has also stayed at that RV Park that's RIGHT by the train in Williams AZ. Grand Canyon RV Park? Am not sure, but anybody else on this list can probably tell you. Again, contact them to confirm: you never know when an insurance co will change its policies, or when a park will change insurance companies.
I've brought my Dobe to Bodega Bay RV park (they asked me if she was a 'nice' Dobe, I'm sure they'd ask if your dust mop was a nice dust mop too. Not.), and to Porto Bodega Marina. Bodega Dunes is a state park, and they allow all friendly dogs, regardless of breed.
Just call ahead and ask so you won't be turned away at the gate. Good luck.
