One thing I have learned is some people are clueless and shouldnt be allowed out of thier suitcase , let alone allowed to go camping.

I guess I'm a little confused. I can certainly understand feeling cramped or deprived of space, but who's drawing the lines delineating one space from another? Are there fences or chalk lines on the ground that I'm missing? I mean, if you feel crowded and the crowder is obviously leaving the maximum space on his curbside then say something. But if the sies are just small, deal with it or leave. You seem to have developed a good attitude. Stick with that cause it works better than the alternative.

Hi. I'm the original post-er, and I wanted to add a little more information.

My neighbors had nice, large sites. Plenty of room for awnings, cars, picnic tables, chairs, etc. My curbside neighbor either forgot about how much room his slideout required, or just wanted to maximize his space. He still would've had enough space for everything if he included his slideout in his space.
Most of the time, not a problem for me. This time, my space was about the smallest in the park. Between my slideout and awning, I did take up all of my space.
Most of the time, I don't have a problem saying something, but I thought about it, and it didn't bug me to the point of having them pack up and move the 3 feet over.

I like to think I've picked up some of the relaxed attitude of rv.net and just not sweat the little stuff

I worked in Cheyenne one summer in 1992. I had an RV space in a private RV park for long term use. But then the Cheyenne Days started and the owner DOUBLED up the park useage. They also expanded the parking into an adjacent field for another 100 RVs with NO services. In each 25 foot space they put TWO RVs. The charges for the use also went up to double so they were charging twice the rate for a 25 foot space but putting RVs in a 12+ foot space. For a week that went on and the owner raked in the dough. After the events were done, the event visitors left and we got our 25 foot spaces back and the rent went back to normal. In the years they were there the did NOT use the money received in that time to upgrade the park. In fact, two lines of service were downgraded from 50 amp to 30 because they never fixed their broken electric service lines. I will never go back to that CG but the short term visitors had/have no choice. It is sad to see a CG owners take advantage of visitors like they do.

It appears to me that you have all missed the one thing that is a common thread on this gen rving forum.

I miss those rvers, who dont have the kahunos to make park rangers, mgrs and help, live up to the rules, yet have the $%%$%#%^& to compain on here while hiding behind a keyboard about rule breakers.
