After experiencing a blowout on one of my 5 year old ST205/75R/15C Goodyear Marathons, I have decided to replace all 5 tires (spare included). I want to go with ST205/75R/15D Denmans.
My problem is the rims which show to have a weight limit of 1820lbs. There is no psi limit on the rims but I'm assuming it is 50lbs which would correspond with the 1820 weight limit.
I have not been able to find a 5.5x15 rim that would match the Denman's 2150lb at 65psi rating and I don't want to put a D tire on a C rim.
So..after all that..does anyone know where I can find rims to match the tires I want?

This is the best site I've found, Trailer Tires and Wheels.

Not sure if you will find what you are looking for. I think that all of the D rated rims are fitted for 6-lug axles.

At 5 years the tires need to be replaced.
I have the Denman's (same size your looking at) on my TT, original rims, run them at 50PSI. So far no complaints from me.

I just put the same upgrade to D's on my Rockwood without problems. My upgrade was done by Carlisle per my request when I ruined a tire going over a driveway culvert. They said they would replace the tire I ruined and then I asked them how I could upgrade to a D tire. I had to pay the difference in the tire prices ($12 per tire) and mount and balance. It was done at my local Discount Tire. I walked out of the store with 5 new D tires for a total of $165 and Carlisle picked up the rest. My old tires had over 20,000 miles. Talk about a happy camper!!!....(OK now shoot me for praising Carlisle)
