I would think you would have to go to an upholstery shop and have them made. Maybe even a marine shop - they do alot of cushion work for boats.

Im in the same boat.Mine are OK but old.I have been looking for over a year and still cant find any.I thought this was really odd but I even went to Winn.dealership and they said they dont sell replacements.Heres something else that makes me go Hmmm. Why is the bed 14"inches shorter than the birth.I can understand maybe 4"inches for clearance of the window curtains. But when your 6'2" tall, that extra 10" inches would have been nice.
Might try Goggle RV Junk Yards.Theres a few in my state but I havnt got around to going to one.Ill bet they have some newer rigs there that somebody didnt take care of in one way or another.

What comes to mind is going to a local apollstery shop. They should have different fabric and foam to choose from. You pick the fabric and foam density, and they'll have something made quick and reasonable. RV bed and dinette cushions are simple to make.
Added: I see someone else suggested the same.....I would think you would have to go to an upholstery shop and have them made. Maybe even a marine shop - they do alot of cushion work for boats.
