Hi All,

Long time lurker, but we finally got our 2008 Roo 21ss this last week. One question me and dealer can't seem to solve-there are two switches in the kitchen between the range hood and the microwave. Bottom switch is exterior light. Top switch lights, but we don't know what it does. Anyone with a similar unit know? Thanks much.

water pump??? Don't know for sure, but we have that and the genset start switch in that area. Are you sure it's not for the range hood fan?

Oh yeah, Congratulations!!! Happy Camping

OK, I'm double-checking all suggestions. Water pump has been found, water heater is back towards the back bunk end, exterior light switch is right below this switch, and range hood fan is on the range. There aren't any lights around the sewer connection and nothing appeared to be lit.

Keep the suggestions coming! Thanks!

Another suggestion:

If you turn on the kitchen light via the switch directly on the light then try to operate the ghost switch,it may be like ours and now be activated instead of bypassed.

I'm also thinking it could be the heating holding tank switch. They are controlled with a thermostat, so this would mean poking around the wiring some.

Turn on your dinette light at the fixture and then try to shut it off with the switch in question.

We have an '08 Roo 21ss.
Your switch is for the heated holding tanks.
Ours is labeled and the flip switch is red.
